THE PROJECT

Everyday records.
A clearer accounting workflow.

SIDACC is an internal staff accounting application that brings expense receipts, income entries and salary records into one system. Access follows the permissions assigned to each staff account, with administrative tools for reviewing and managing records.

A separate receipt-processing workflow connects Telegram, n8n and OpenAI to structure submitted payment information. Submissions needing clarification are routed for review, supporting the administrative reporting and export workflow.

WHAT IT BRINGS TOGETHER

The moving parts.
One connected experience.

01

Expenses & receipts

Staff can keep expenses, payment details, supporting receipts and related notes together for review.

02

Income & salary records

Income entries sit alongside salary information and recorded payments, with salary management available to administrators.

03

Permissions & review

Account permissions determine access, while unclear receipt submissions can be reviewed and resolved through administrative workflows.

04

Reporting & automation

Administrative reporting and exports complement the backend’s AI-assisted receipt-processing and validation workflow.
