The information you share through this website is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss your project.

Enquiry forms

When you submit a consultation or contact enquiry, your name, email address, optional company and service selection, and project message are sent to this website and saved in a private database. They are available through a password-protected dashboard for handling your request. Notification emails containing your enquiry and an automated acknowledgement to your submitted email address are sent using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES) when configured. The acknowledgement confirms receipt without repeating your project message. Please do not include passwords, access keys or confidential information.

Replies sent from the admin dashboard are emailed to the address submitted with your enquiry using Amazon SES. A reply history and send status are stored with the enquiry. Internal private notes are never included in customer emails. Enquiries, reply history and private follow-up notes remain until manually deleted. You can request correction or deletion through live chat. Deleting a dashboard entry does not automatically delete copies in email or hosting backups; those are handled separately.

Form security

The enquiry forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare processes browser and device signals for verification. A verification token is checked with Cloudflare before an enquiry is saved. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy. This website also uses a session cookie for form security and admin access, and counters based on a keyed hash of your IP address to limit abuse. The counters do not store the raw IP address; counters older than two days are removed during subsequent form or login attempts.

Live chat

This website loads Tawk.to to provide the existing live chat service. Tawk.to may process chat messages, device information and cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. Information you send through live chat is handled separately from website enquiry records.

Hosting

Your hosting provider may record standard request information, such as IP addresses, browser information and requested pages, in server logs. This website does not add an analytics service.
